Who is your favourite Friends character? Ross, Rossel, Rossinator. All in all, Ross is hands down the best Friends character. I mean, he’s whiney and hilarious. Remember the leather pants, the spray tan (“I’m an 8!”), the teeth whitening, “unagi,” “PIVOT!”, “MY SANDWICH!!”... The list goes on!

What is the best piece of career advice you’ve ever received? My answer would have been much different if I had been asked this question before March 2023. After months of trying to improve my mental health, I finally accepted that I needed help after talking to some colleagues about my situation. One of my trusted colleagues gave me a simple but profound piece of advice - taking a medical leave to care for myself was okay. Although it may sound basic, I never thought I would be the one to use this benefit. The five months I took to recover from clinical burnout were challenging, healing and amazing all at once. Although I decided to leave my previous job, this time gave me the opportunity to figure out what to do next, which happened to be co-founding The Social Good Co.
What about The Social Good Co. excites you? A lot of things! But my top two are 1. My ability to shape the culture of my own company. I LOVE organizational culture, and I have the ability to create something that is uniquely TSGC. 2. How we’re using business to do good! We’re passionate about doing good, but let's be real - we also like to get paid to afford to go on amazing vacations. TSGC is uniquely marrying both business and good, and we’re excited to help others do the same :)
